My story began with a high school internship at the Four Seasons Olympic Hotel in Seattle, Washington and blossomed into a beloved career as a concierge and member of Les Clefs d'Or that took me from Seattle to Dallas and finally to Beverly Hills.  The heart of a concierge is driven by an authentic desire to help others, to add value to each guest exchange, to create unique memories and consistently exceed expectations.  For me personally, it has always been all about the wow - a kind, thoughtful gesture that demonstrates you were listening and are invested in making your guest smile.
